anyway, actually I am more free on 24th/25th but heard that my exam might be at the end of October, so will prefer 17th/18th bahz. haha.

hmm Option 1 and 2 sounds good. though Dempsey is a bit inconvenient if we dont have a car!

just that for Option 1, I think no stayover for me bahz. I got to work on Saturday! BOO.

October Jiemei Outing!

Hellooo girls.. I know you've been waiting for this month's organiser to leak word on Jiemei outing! hehe alright I've got 3 options here now!

Option Number One - Xin Tian Open House!

Yeah I realise apart from Wenhui, the rest have never been to my house, so what better time to organise a gathering in my house than the month I'm organising jiemei outing? I think it'll be great, you guys can come on a weekend or maybe a Fri/Sat night for stayover - it's up to u. We can do movie marathon, play board games, bake, play cards, or just chit chat.. N it's so much easier now coz I finally have my own room =) yeah this is my number one idea for this month's outing!

Option Number Two - Oosh @ Dempsey Road

I honestly love this place, it has a Japanese restaurant but I haven't tried the food there yet (coz it looks so expensive) but I've been there a few times for drinks, n it's a good place to juz chill n chit chat. Of course, u dun have to drink if u dun want to, there's always mocktails, n i've tried that too (hehe dun doubt me. smtimes i take non-alcoholic drinks at bars too). I think we can do this on (again) maybe a Fri or Sat night, n we can meet smwhere else for dinner first too.

Option Number Three - KTVVVVV! 

Yeah we haven't done that in quite awhile have we? If you guys are keen, we can go KTV one weekend too! Well but this option is abit boring since we can do that anytime. But I'm on anytime for KTV!

i figured since the past 2 outings have been cooking/picnicking/eating, it's time for something different. and we've also not watched a movie in the cinema before right? so this can be our first!

everyone's going to have a job in september, and i foresee that our schedules will be quite busy so jiemei outing in sept can be a simple get-together. plus we'll be meeting up with the pru peeps as well for the tea party and MAF. heh. i was thinking we could meet up on 13th of september (saturday).

wet weather plan: can either go to e shelters at botanic gardens cause staying at island creamery for too long also doesnt sound too good. haha. we will just try every single flavour there. lol.

can have cold ham, bruschetta (i can make first), cheese and crackers... can buy those roast meat and spare ribs kind ffrom cold storage.. chips with sour cream? hehehh.. what else wat else?

wooo. i haven't blogged here in a long long time.

anyway, picnic sounds like a fab idea! i've got a grocery list floating in my head. depending on which entrance we are entering botanic gardens, the nearest supermarkets are either cold storage at cluny road, or jason's at tanglin mall). here are some stuff we could get:

1. bread (leftover can feed fish or ducks)
2. sandwich spreads (eg. ham, cheese, smoked salmon)
3. cherry tomatoes (more convenient than normal tomatoes. just pop into mouth. haha.)
4. oranges
5. drinks (NOT booze please. hehe.)

misc stuff:
serviettes, disposable cutlery (i can check if i have them at home)
inflatable beach ball (got it free from swatch. haha. never used it before)
i can bring scrabble and uno if u all want.

ok. for now, those are my thoughts. u guys can contribute more things to the list.
